About the Role:
As a Flexcar Auto Claims Support Specialist, you'll act as the primary liaison between our members and our internal/external claims and incident partners. You'll provide world class member service while managing the entire damage recovery process, including reviewing past, current, and future incident reports to ensure member incident reports are processed efficiently with an eye toward improving damage fee recovery. Your role also includes providing reports and status updates to enhance tracking efforts.

The hourly pay range for this position in California is $27.00 – $29.50 per hour.

About the Role:
As a Flexcar Auto Claims Support Specialist, you'll act as the primary liaison between our members and our internal/external claims and incident partners. You'll provide world class member service while managing the entire damage recovery process, including reviewing past, current, and future incident reports to ensure member incident reports are processed efficiently with an eye toward improving damage fee recovery. Your role also includes providing reports and status updates to enhance tracking efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Triage incident reports to ensure our members and our field teams know what to expect
- Consult with members both over the phone and via email to gather information on their incident
- Review claims files for completed incident reports, damage assessments, deductible invoices, and trigger subrogation reviews
- Act as a liaision between our market team, damage writers, third party claims administrator, and our members
- Review customer history and incident details, balancing low-risk and low-damage cases against standard eligibility guidelines
- Identify escalation paths to ensure fast resolution of claims by working in tandem with Care, Security, Risk, Billing, and Field Operations teams
- Process customer billing notifications and invoices in a timely manner
- Audit claims, invoices, payments, and payment plans to ensure successful damage recovery
- Be adaptable to new initiatives and contribute with new ideas and ways we can better service our members while enhancing damage fee recovery

- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
- At least 18 years old
